MORTAL KOMBAT II (2026) is a Cinematic Disgrace

"Mortal Kombat (2021)" was an unmitigated writing disaster, destroying the reputation of a much-respected fighting game franchise. Half a decade later, a sequel has ascended to theaters by the name of "MORTAL KOMBAT II (2026)". This time accompanied by iconic characters including Johnny Cage, Kitana and Shao Kahn himself! However, the sequel, rather than fix the problems created by its predecessor, caused about as much damage to the potential of this franchise than I could've anticipated.
